1. Cut approximately five feet of C-Lon Size D beading thread. String two Miyuki 2x6mm Twisted Bugle Beads (TW206).
2. Pass the needle up through the first TW206 so that the beads lay side by side. This will begin ladder stitch.
3. Pass down through the TW206 to the right, pull thread to secure.
4. String one TW206 and pass down through the TW206 to the left.
5. Continue up through the TW206 to the right and pull thread to secure.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 to continue in ladder stitch, adding additional thread as needed.
7. Continue in this way, ending with an odd number of TW206 beads. A ladder stitched row of 83 beads will yield a finished bracelet of approximately 7.25 inches in length (once the additional beads and clasp are added).
8. Pass up through the second TW206 from the end. The thread is now positioned to begin the first row of Brick Stitch.
9. String two Miyuki size 11/0 seed beads in color A.
10. Pass the needle under the thread bridge connecting the second and third TW206 beads.
11. Pass up through the second 11/0 and pull thread to secure.
12. String one 11/0.
13. Pass the needle under the thread bridge connecting the third and fourth TW206 beads.
14. Pass up through the third 11/0 and pull thread to secure.
15. Continue Brick Stitch by repeating steps 12 -14 along the length of the bracelet.
16. The beadwork will curve as the row of 11/0 beads is added.
17. When the last 11/0 has been added pass down through the 11/0 to the right, continue through the second to last TW206 bead.
18. Repeat step 10.
19. Repeat step 11.
20. Repeat steps 12-14.
21. Continue Brick Stitch by repeating steps 12 -14 along the length of the bracelet.
22. The beadwork will straighten as the second row of 11/0 beads is added.
23. Pass up through the column of beads to the left.
24. String two Miyuki 10/0 Cut Twisted Beads (10C-TW).
25. Pass the needle under the thread bridge connecting the second and third 11/0 beads.
26. Pass up through the second 10C-TW bead.
27. Continue Brick Stitch along the length of the bracelet.
28. Pass the needle down through the column of beads to the right. Exit the second to last 11/0.
29. Brick stitch a second row of 10C-TW beads along this side of the bracelet.
30. Turn and pass through to the other side of the bracelet. Exit the second 10C-TW bead.
31. String two 11/0 beads in color B. Pass the needle under the thread bridge connecting the second and third 10C-TW beads.
32. Pass up through the second 11/0 and pull thread to secure.
33. Continue in brick stitch along the length of the bracelet.
34. Pass through to the other side of the bracelet. Exit the second to last 10C-TW bead.
35. Repeat steps 31 and 32.
36. Repeat step 33.
37. Pass through to the other side of the bracelet. Exit the first 11/0 bead.
38. String one 11/0 (color A), one Miyuki 3.4mm Drop Bead (DP), and one 11/0 (color A).
39. Pass down through the second 11/0 bead in the brick stitched row and up through the third.
40. Repeat steps 38 and 39, along the edge of the bracelet.
41. Pass through to the other side of the bracelet. Exit the last 11/0 bead.
42. Repeat steps 38-40.
43. Continue to add the 11/0 and DP beads along the length of the bracelet.
44. Continue through the next two beads on the right end of the bracelet. Exit between the 11/0 (Color A) and the TW206.
45. Connect the clasp by stringing through the lower ring. Pass through the TW206 bead, the second clasp ring and the 11/0 (Color A). Reinforce by following the same thread path through the beads and clasp again.
46. Repeat step 45 on the other end of the bracelet. Make sure the clasp is facing right side up and can connect to the other side without twisting.
47. Sew in thread tails and trim.
