If you receive a product that was damaged in shipping, incorrectly labeled, or if you have any other difficulty with your order - call or email right away so we can figure out the best way to fix the problem.
Sometimes the beads are not exactly the color or size you were looking for, and we are happy to help you with a return or exchange.
- Returns within 60 days have no restocking fee
- After 60 days, the restocking fee is 15%
- Returns after 120 days will receive an online credit, rather than a refund.
Make sure you include a note with your email and phone number so we can get in touch with any questions. Please pack your beads carefully when returning them; we can't give credit for items that are damaged.
If you are returning items from multiple orders, please make sure you separate the orders within the package, and mark returns clearly on a copy of the invoice or order email.
