Simple Loop Instructions
Simple loops are commonly used for earrings or rosary chains as they are quick to make.
Start with one headpin and two accent beads. You will need round nose pliers and a wire cutter.
Stack the beads on the headpin.
With flat nose pliers or your fingers, bend the wire directly above the bead into a 90° angle.
Trim off the excess wire, leaving about 1/2".
With the round nose pliers, grip at the very end of the wire.
Slowly roll the pliers towards the beads, gripping the wire.
Continue to roll the pliers, adjusting your grip if necessary, until the loop is formed.
To attach an earwire, open the loop to the side with flat nose pliers and insert the earwire.
