I am a military brat who married a Kansas boy, and now we are carving out a life on the prairie. I started crocheting while staying home to raise our three children. Occasionally I break out some worsted weight yarn, but for the most part I am pretty obsessed with thread crochet, especially when it involves beads.
I loved the look of crochet jewelry with beads but couldn't quite find what I was looking for. This inspired me to began to write and sell my own patterns and I discovered that I loved it!
I draw a huge amount of influence from my travels growing up. We lived in several African countries and I fell in love with the beautiful beaded jewelry there. I also love mid century style and this has a great impact on the colors that I choose.
Among my favorite materials are C-Lon and Omega #2 threads and Czech glass beads. I plan on adding a lot more jewelry patterns to my shop in the near future. I hope you enjoy my designs!
