1. Cut a length of thread approximately 3 feet long. String on one Miyuki 11/0 seed bead (11/0), one Miyuki Half Tila bead (HTL) in color A, one 11/0, one HTL in color B, one 11/0, one HTL in color C. Continue stringing beads in this pattern until there are eleven HTL beads in total.
2. String back through all of the beads to form a loop.
3. String through all of the beads a second time to reinforce. Pull tight to secure.
4. Continue stitching back through the beads to give the loop structure. The tension from this inner row will be the foundation for the rest of the earring. Exit the HTL bead (color C) at the bottom of the circle.
5. Turn the needle and pass through the second hole of the HTL bead that was just exited.
6. Moving counter clockwise pick up two 11/0 beads and pass the needle through the hole of the HTL to the right.
7. Pick up two 11/0 beads and pass the needle thought the next HTL.
8. Continue in this way until there are two 11/0 beads between each HTL in the outer row. Reinforce the row by passing through all of the 11/0 and HTL beads on the outer edge.
9. Reinforce once more. Bring the thread to the top of the earring and exit the left 11/0 between the two HTL beads (colors A and B).
10. Pick up five 11/0 beads.
11. String back through the two 11/0 beads between HTL beads (colors A and B) to form a loop. Reinforce by stitching through all seven 11/0 beads again.
12. Continue around the outer row to reinforce and sew in the thread tail. Trim remaining thread and attach earwire to the 11/0 loop.
