Delicas are precisely cut glass cylinder beads with a rounded surface and two flat ends. The diameter of the hole is large in proportion to the bead size, enabling multiple passes with a needle and thread in stitching projects. In bead weaving, rows and columns of Delicas uniformly line up to create a flat surface that highlights pattern work.
