1. On a two inch 20 gauge ball pin stack one Miyuki 3mm Spacer bead (SPR3) and one Miyuki 4mm Square bead (SB).
2. Bend the ball pin over at a 90º angle leaving 1/8 inch of space above the bead.
3. Wrap the wire around the round nose pliers to make a loop.
4. Coil the remaining wire from just below the loop, moving down until it reaches the top of the SB. Trim off any excess wire.
5. Repeat steps 1 through 4 until all ball pins have been used. Try to keep the length of the dangles consistent.
6. String one Miyuki size 6/0 seed bead and two dangles onto a three foot length of 1.2mm leather cord.
7. Repeat step six.
8. Continue this pattern until all the dangles have been added. Add one 6/0 bead to finish.
9. Wrap the left end of the leather cord around the right side coiling it 2.5 times.
10. Bring the left end up as if making a third coil, then going from left to right thread the tail of the leather through the existing coils.
11. Pull the leather tail on the right to tighten the coils and create a sliding knot.
12. Repeat steps 9-11 in the opposite direction to make the second sliding knot. Trim any excess leather, leaving a 1/2 inch tail so the knots do not unravel.
