Repairs must be pre-paid. You can pay in the store when dropping off your items, or email a picture of the broken jewelry for a quote.

Once you place your repair order, you can drop off your broken jewelry at Caravan Beads between 11am and 4pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Repairs take from 1-3 weeks, and we will call or email when they are ready.
