Returns within 15 days incur no restocking fee. After 15 days, the restocking fee is 15%. After 45 days, the restocking fee is 30%. No returns after 60 days. Swarovski crystal and findings incur a 10% restocking fee. Please pack items carefully when returning them; we can't give credit for damaged goods.

Note that bag weights may vary. 50 gram bags usually run
between 49.9 and 50.1 grams.
100 gram bags usually run 99.8 to 100.2 grams.
125 gram bags (half packs) usually run 124 to 126 grams.
250 gram bags usually run 249 to 251 grams.
