Miyuki drop beads (DP) are seed beads shaped like a tiny teardrop with the hole at the narrow top end of the bead. Color-lined 'Fancy' drops (DPF) are especially popular for the unusual look of the one color-lined end which is magnified by the larger part of the teardrop.
